SITHFAB002: Responsible Service of Alcohol
Conducted over 1 day, this training program is offered at our conveniently located Bavarian Haus Restaurant in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
Participants will attain this as Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for RSA (SITHFAB002). This will be valid in all states except NSW.
The Learning Collaborative (TLC) is accredited to deliver the competency ‘Provide responsible service of alcohol’ (SITHFAB002), also referred to as your ‘RSA’ certificate. This course is mandatory for anyone who serves alcohol in a licensed environment. This is inclusive of bar staff, glassies, waitstaff, bottle shop attendants, promotional and function staff. It is also a requirement of security employees/contractors.
The RSA accreditation is valid indefinitely.
Participants will attain this as Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for RSA (SITHFAB002). The certificate will be valid in all states except NSW and VIC.
The Learning Collaborative makes it easy for you to learn by conducting the courses in a live venue with face to face training. Once you have completed the course, you will have knowledge of the relevant laws and legislations relating to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. This course will teach you how to identify which customers must be refused service, understand how alcohol affects people, and the problems it causes in the wider community.
