TLC is an RTO (#32350) established in 2002 to offer nationally recognised training. Now with numerous qualifications on scope in multiple vocational areas, TLC has been successfully delivering training programs to thousands of students across Australia via our corporate and extensive business partnering network.

Under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), TLC has established partnerships with registered and non-registered organisations offering a broad range of training and assessment services, therefore increasing people’s access to nationally recognised qualifications.

Establishing a TLC partnership arrangement provides all parties an opportunity to share skills, effort and resources for mutual benefit, thus reducing costs by achieving economies of scale. Entering into this type of agreement with TLC, you as the partner can deliver nationally recognised training or assessment services on behalf of the RTO TLC, which remains responsible for compliance with the AQF.

TLC works with our Partners to ensure that the skill, knowledge and attitudes developed throughout the learning journey have been identified by industry, for industry. Therefore whether the learner is looking for a job, a promotion or a change in career; they will develop a set of competencies that sees them ‘employable’ and nationally recognised across every Australian state and territory.


The Learning Collaborative’s (TLC) Mission is to build a reputation within the Australian Vocational Education and Training Industry as the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) partner of choice. Offering high quality complaint training courses with the resources and infrastructure capable of meeting learners’ and partners’ needs alike.


To provide a platform that facilitates the provision of high quality, industry-specialised, nationally accredited training of students using extremely capable Trainers, Training Partners , assessors and training administration personnel.
